Lazy Shauna

hey guys,

things are still going well. i'm a little tired so this might be a little shorter today.
to answer your question, yes me and elder yapo get along perfectly. our personalities are actually alot alike. we both don't stress alot and don't have much of an opinion on most things, so its never difficult to get along with him. he's a funny kid, and a very good person.

oh i didnt know preston had moved to vegas. that's cool.

Hanging out at the apartment with the other elders.
i've heard a little bit about how elder ekaette is doing from elder matheson. i havent seen him for about 9 months now, and elder matheson spent the past 6 months in the same apartment with him. i think i mentioned a few weeks ago that i was nervous about him having some disobedient missionaries around him and how he would handle that. elder matheson says that he is doing very very well with obedience. he said that between his time with elder harrison, plus having elders matheson and clements in the apartment, he has learned alot about obedience and has courage to stick up to those around him and do the correct things. i can't tell you how happy i was when he told me all that stuff. elder matheson said that elder ekaette is his favorite african in the mission, hands down!

you'll have to see if you can email me a voice recording of colby's home coming, the lambs would LOVE to be able to listen to that.

this past week was a good one. we got comfort okwori a book of mormon, and she likes it so far, but is still learning about it.

on tuesday we met a new kid that stays in comfort's same compound named david that is really smart. we've only taught three lessons with him so far, but he is very smart and loves the message of the restoration. we'll see if we can get him to church on sunday.

Getting ready for the day.

friday was zone leader council, which was really sweet. president sabey understands this mission so well. he knows exactly what we need to do to improve our mission. we talked specifically about 3 things that we can do to improve our mission and i agree with every one. he's gunna teach alot of the same stuff at next weeks zone conference (a week from thursday), and it's some sweet, sweet stuff. after talking about what direction the mission is going, i just wished that i had more time left on my mission so that i could experience more of the changes that are going to happen.

on sunday, we watched two sessions of general conference as a stake - the saturday evening and sunday morning seshs. i loved the sunday morning one especially, (henry b, boyd k pack, and tommy all did really well). im excited to see the other stuff now.

today for pday we went to the tanokrom chapel and cut the grass cause the ward is too lazy to do it and it was like a foot long. that's why im' so tired.

this week should be another good one. we have a leadership training meeting this wednesday so i'm looking forward to that. elder yapo just wants to eat some rice and chicken like we always do at those meetings.

thanks for everything you do i love you!

love, elder mackay

ps and tell lazy shuana i'm still waiting for her email!

Is it just me or does the elder front and left look sorta like Jesse?
