Enjoying (but not watching) the World Cup

hey fam. i'm glad your enjoying the world cup. i am too! as much as i can without watching it i guess haha! oh and yea i heard all about how my country got robbed by the ref last week. all we gotta do is win to move on though so well see how it goes. thats crazy that the lakers won. i'm kinda indifferent about the lakers, but i just wanted the celtics to win cause i love one of their players - ray allen. i wonder if phil jackson is gunna get another three peat??

we werent able to have time to visit joel and englebert till like friday this week cause we were preparing for a baptism. i think they were pretty shocked to see us come again cause their mom really threw it down on us last week haha. they were washing clothes so we tried to help (the mom wouldnt let us and she is actually surprisingly strong so we couldnt). but i think it helped her at least a little. we just chilled at their house for a few minutes and played african childrens games (the equivilent of like patty cake or hop scotch for us) with her younger kids for a bit then left.

i'm out of time cause i wrote shauna and davis, and the computer is crazy slow today - but we had a baptism saturday it was cool. remind me to tell you more about it next week. i also gotta tell you about sammy - he's so tight.
