We received an e-mail from Ghana today! It was from the MTC President's wife . . .
Dear Parents,
Your son has arrived in good spirits and is adjusting well to life at the Ghana MTC. He will contact you by e-mail when he reaches his field of labor. We know you and he will be greatly blessed by this service and sacrifice.
Thank you for preparing him so well!
Best wishes,
Sister Laura Harmon
Ghana MTC
Whew! He made it!
He's not able to send e-mails until he leaves the Missionary Training Center. He'll be there about 3 weeks. And if we send him a regular letter, he will probably have left the MTC by the time it gets there. So now we wait.
So with any luck at all, in a few weeks the next blog post will be written by Jesse himself. Hopefully he'll answer one or two of the 1,000 questions I have for him!
