Whole lotta shots

Completing the required paperwork and other tasks involved in serving an overseas mission is not for the faint of heart. Along with his mission call, Jesse received an extensive To Do list, including a boatload of paperwork. Here's a partial list of his requirements:

** receive required immunizations for tetanus, pertussis, diptheria, mumps, measles, rubella, Hepatitis A series, Hepatitis B series, typhoid, Yellow Fever, meningococcal meningitis, and poliomyelitis
** fill out Immunization/Preventive Medication Requirements form
** renew driver's license so it won't expire while in Ghana
** get a copy of Motor Vehicle Driving Record from DMV
** fill out application for Passport
** get 26 passport type photos
** make copies of any certificates, recognitions, achievements, priesthood ordinations, missionary call, etc. and have each certified by a Notary Public for Visa application
** fill out application for Visa
** get International Driver's License
** type up and submit a personal resume'
** get a police clearance from the Metropolitan Police Department
** get a prescription for anti-malaria pills; Doxycycline
** show eternal gratitude to Mother for help on the above

Okay, so I made that last one up.
